The Site provides general information about our company and services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a contract, or professional, engineering or legal advice. Service availability may vary by location and project.

Estimates and projects

Requesting an estimate through the Site does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any estimate is preliminary and may change after a site visit, review of plans, or changes in scope, materials or pricing. All work is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by you and Major, which controls over anything on this Site. All work is performed according to approved plans, engineering and applicable building codes.

Photos and content

Photos on the Site show examples of our past work and may include work we performed as part of a larger project built together with other contractors. Results on your project may differ. All content on the Site, including text, photos, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Major and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it without authorization, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Major harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
